WICKED ROUGE
Yes the Wicked Rouge is red, yes is mildly sweet and yes it is a blend but it's NOT a sweet red blend. It is a new kind of wine. The assemblage between a dry red wine and a sweet white wine, affected by Botrytis Cinerea, the ‘noble rot’ with high concentration in sugar.

If I have only one choice, then I have no choice. The discrepancy of choice contradiction, which obviously does not exist.
White wines are the most precious ones because they are the most ephemeral ones.
This wine represents flowers, fruits and time, the prime concerns in life. Afterwards it's too late.

In France, the nature uses the same codes than the other countries, yet its expression is neither superior nor inferior, it is just different.
The Piensa Bordeaux Supérieur wine is a delicate interpretation of this reality.

REMINISCENCE I
This wine results from a precise selection and blend of four diffent wine batches of Sémillon and Sauvignon gris.
Maturation and "Bâtonnage" stiring lees back into wine for three months.
Like for the white wine from Bourgogne, the lot of Sémillon underwent a secondary fermentation, the malolactic fermentation, which adds a velvety texture to the wine.

REMINISCENCE VI
Vintage marked by a very long rainy period followed by strong heat during the summer with some occasional heatwaves and cool nights which gave high ripeness and small berries, therefore more concentration of sugars and polyphenols in the bunch. Longer alcoholic fermentation.
Deep | Very ripe red and black fruits | Licorice, cocoa and roasted coffee beans | Eucalyptus & menthol | Round, bold and dense.

REMINSCENCE V
The 2016 vintage had recorded high humidity in the first six months of the year (850 mm) , dry summer with cool nights and occasional summer rains which have released the water stress and allowed a smooth maturation of the polyphenols.
Delicate, well-balanced | Black cherries, plums & red fruit marmalade | Spices, liquorice, caramel & vanilla | Grilled almonds and hazelnuts | Round and silky tannins, with a fine and subtle texture | A wine that leads to lyricism and introspection.
