"This wine results from a precise selection and blend of four  diffent wine batches of Sémillon and Sauvignon gris. Maturation and "Bâtonnage" stiring lees back into wine for three months. Like for the white wine from Bourgogne, the lot of Sémillon underwent  a secondary fermentation, the malolactic fermentation, which adds a velvety texture to the wine.
